Bootcamp for a Cause - Make Poverty History
Come to our bootcamp for a cause and support ONE (SINGAPORE) $10 Campaign to End Poverty.
1 in 10 Singaporeans are unable to meet basic needs in the form of food, clothing, shelter and other essential expenditures. The $10 Campaign alleviates poverty and inequalities in Singapore through a two-step approach:
First, the $10 Campaign creates an Emergency Fund to provide for the immediate needs of low-income individuals who urgently need help, by paying for items like diapers, school fees, utility bills, doctor visits and transportation.
Second, research & advocacy is funded to create long-term solutions to eradicate poverty, ensure that no one in Singapore is left behind and that everyone in our nation can live with dignity.
When Wednesday 25th October, 7.30pm!
Where: Hong Lim Park, near the stage.
About our Bootcamp:
We use a combination of bodyweight exercises and circuit training in our program. ‘Circuit’ means a group of activities and refers to a number of selected stations positioned around the workout area that are to be visited in rapid succession. Each person should complete the activity in one station before proceeding to the next. They then continue until they have passed through all stations as required by the instructor, or until a certain time requirement has been met.
About the trainer:
Razif is a Certified Personal Trainer who is deeply passionate about health and fitness, challenging and taking his clients to their peak performance. His eyes were opened to the needs of young adults while leading an exercise group as part of a volunteer work he did.
PushPullGive’s mission is to forge social impact through fitness. We offer regular fitness class for everybody. Our classes are suitable for every level. Working out with us doesn't only makes you feel fitter and healthier but also enables us to support the marginalised youth in Singapore.
